Betsy Bobbin and her mule Hank have shipwrecked on the shores of a strange new country, and they decide to help the Shaggy Man in his quest to find his missing brother. Aided by Tik-Tok the Clockwork Man and Queen Ann’s failed Army of Oogaboos, they find themselves into the underground kingdom of the Nomes, where danger and disaster are always near. Will they find the Shaggy Man’s brother?
